Extend(Ed) Professional Certificates: L.I.F.T. (Learn, Improve, Focus, Thrive)

This online program is designed to strengthen the study skills of students who are new to continuing education or returning to the classroom. Students will develop learning strategies and discover how to access resources that will enhance and/or improve skills in reading comprehension, note-taking, information literacy, navigating public resources and time management. These skills and strategies are applicable to all higher and continuing education classes and target assignments and requirements in a student’s current courses.
