As the CAPS HR Business Partner, I collaborate with HR leadership and Centers of Expertise to deliver HR programs and services that support the school. This includes providing guidance on HR policies and practices, supporting organizational initiatives, partnering with supervisors and leaders on workforce and employee matters and serving as a resource for employees seeking HR support. I’m passionate about building trusted relationships and finding practical approaches that support both individuals and the organization.
