As the Career Specialist for WashU Continuing & Professional Studies (CAPS), I provide strategic direction and individualized support to help modern learners advance their careers confidently and clearly. My role involves leading career development initiatives, designing workshops and tools tailored to working professionals, and collaborating with faculty and employers to align career pathways with academic programming. I guide students in career exploration, resume development, interview preparation, job search and networking strategies, always centering their unique experiences and goals. I enjoy what I do for CAPS and our modern learners because every day is an opportunity to help someone rediscover their confidence, reimagine their future and realize that it’s never too late to grow, pivot or thrive.
