WashU Continuing & Professional Studies (CAPS) has partnered with the United Way to offer a Foundations of Management & Organizational Development Certificate.

This Foundations of Management & Organizational Development program equips participants with foundational management skills and practical strategies for navigating workplace dynamics. Designed for professionals across industries, it supports those seeking to strengthen their understanding of management practices, leadership principles, team effectiveness and organizational problem-solving. Participants will build the skills and mindset needed to contribute confidently in leadership contexts, manage teams effectively and respond to workplace challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

This course explores foundational leadership principles and effective management practices to help participants guide teams and drive results. Participants will develop skills in decision-making, motivation and strategic thinking.

Communication and Conflict Resolution
