As the Accreditation & Senior Program Manager at WashU Continuing & Professional Studies (CAPS), I partner with faculty and staff to guide evidence-based pedagogies, particularly those emphasizing the use of educational technology. I help faculty integrate universal design for learning (UDL) and inclusive pedagogies into their course, design active learning techniques into the online learning environment, lead assessment activities, serve as the primary educational technology administrator and manage the institutional instructional design team. I enjoy consulting with instructors on course design, universal design for learning, hybrid and blended teaching in diverse learning environments and the use of educational technology.
