As the Director of Integrated Studies at WashU Continuing & Professional Studies (CAPS), I lead the development and implementation of interdisciplinary educational programs designed for adult learners. These programs emphasize the social sciences, humanities and writing. My role promotes inclusive, learner-centered approaches that enhance critical thinking, communication and lifelong learning. By collaborating with faculty, academic units, and community partners, I am able to support innovative curricula that connect traditional disciplines and respond to the diverse goals and experiences of adult learners. Through curriculum design, program leadership, and an interdisciplinary approach, I enjoy fostering meaningful educational pathways that empower learners to thrive both personally and professionally.
