As the Director of Undergraduate Student Success for WashU Continuing & Professional Studies (CAPS), I am responsible for the strategic leadership and administrative oversight of undergraduate programs. I collaborate with academic directors, faculty, staff and students to deliver high-quality academic programs that align with the CAPS mission. I ensure that student support services are available and effective through a coaching model that provides advising, academic support and access to campus resources. I monitor student progress and retention rates, implementing interventions as needed. I love working with our mission-driven and student-centered team!
