Prison Education Project

As the director of the Prison Education Project (PEP), I support degree-seeking, incarcerated students and prison staff in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Our team provides a rigorous liberal arts program and educational support for students to achieve their academic goals.

As Program Coordinator for the Prison Education Project (PEP) at WashU Continuing & Professional Studies (CAPS), I support program operations, coordinate DOC permissions, and assist faculty and students throughout each term. My background includes curriculum development and direct engagement with justice-impacted populations. I’m passionate about expanding access to education and creating pathways for every learner.

As a Site Administrator for WashU’s Continuing & Professional Studies (CAPS) Prison Education Project (PEP), I design, implement, and evaluate academic programming at our prison campuses. This includes current student support and advising and coordination with our reentry services that support students post-release.

As the Reentry Advocate for the Prison Education Project (PEP), I collaborate with students to help them achieve their goals after incarceration.
